Backend: RF Tube Warranty Procedures

All RF tubes that are sent out from Texas for warranty swap require the high value form.

Iradion

For Iradion RF tubes still within the warranty period, they will be entitled to free repair services.

For Iradion RF tube outside the warranty period:
A: Recharge Service: Regardless of the RF tube power, the Recharge fee is $1500 USD.
B: Overhaul Service (including replacement of core components): Repair costs will be reassessed before a specific quote is provided to the customer.

Please note that regardless of whether the Iradion RF tube is within or outside the warranty period, the shipping costs incurred during the process will be borne by the customer.

Furthermore, Iradion has a repair center in the United States located at 1 Technology Dr, Uxbridge, MA 01569-2235.

Coherent

Currently submitting for RMA through coherent email and shipping the tube out for repair while issuing a replacement tube.
