How to create a share Link for Workdrive File Download for External Customers

Whenever we need to send a file to a customer from WorkDrive, we need to use the external share link function and apply an expiration time and a password. The password can be their name (some derivative that makes it feel personal) or their machine serial. This technique should be used especially for machine firmware.
