RMA Form Instructions

Step-by-step instructions for techs on how to fill out, submit, and distribute the RMA form for customer returns.

How to import

Download the .clb library file above.
In LightBurn, open the Material Library window (Window ▸ Material Library).
Click the load icon and choose Load an existing library, then select the downloaded .clb file.
Assign settings to a layer by double-clicking an entry.

Provided as-is for Thunder Laser USA customers. Always run a test cut on scrap first — settings vary by material and machine. Please do not redistribute.

Procedure

Tech fills out the form, upper part, for any return initiated by tech.
Once the form is filled, submit it. Do not use the download function.
Wait a little bit, and the form will show up in the RMA folder: https://maiyawuwbsbvimbjxytt.supabase.co/storage/v1/object/public/kb-assets/z/d9587e603760bec62dcd.bin
Download the form and send the PDF to the user. Instruct them to fill out the form middle section (if applicable) and to include in the return box.
