Demo Terms and Conditions

1. The demonstration will be scheduled at a mutually agreed date and time.
2. The customer shall arrive on time at the Company site, where our representative will already be present.
3. The demonstration will be conducted in a safe and controlled manner. The customer shall follow all safety procedures and instructions provided by our representative during the demonstration. Any damage caused to the Company's property or equipment during the demonstration will be the responsibility of our representative and will be repaired or replaced at our cost. We will not be liable for any damage to the customer's property or equipment, or any injury or harm caused to the customer, their employees, or any third parties, unless such damage or injury was caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.
4. The customer will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback during the demonstration.
5. Any confidential or proprietary information shared during the demonstration will be kept confidential by both parties.
6. The demonstration does not constitute a commitment to purchase our products or services by the customer.
7. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with the demonstration, except to the extent such claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses were caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.
8. By agreeing to the demonstration, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

Thunder Laser USA Demo Program Acceptance

Thanks for signing up for a live Thunder Laser demo with one of our partners. To ensure the best experience we ask that you understand the following guidelines:

1. We provide standard materials and projects for these demonstrations and ask that the demo session not exceed 1 hour.
2. You may bring samples or specialty items for testing if you wish but they may not be introduced into the demonstration. This is entirely at the sole discretion of the demo partner.
3. Our demo partners are not there to sell you a machine or answer sales-related questions so please direct those to Thunder Laser USA sales and support staff.
4. The demo projects may not be specific to your application but our sales and support staff will be glad to discuss your specific needs.
5. Neither Thunder Laser USA nor the Demo Partner shall be held liable for any injuries, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of attending the demo session. All parties involved should adhere to the set appointment time.
6. The session may be canceled or rescheduled by the demo partner in case of unforeseen issues or conflicts.
