Preface
The TITAN laser machine contains an RF tube, and the TITAN PRO laser machine contains an RF tube and a Fiber laser. Please be careful and avoid collisions with anything when moving.
Tools Required
- Phillips screwdriver
- Flathead screwdriver
- Tape or Zip ties
- Scissors
- 2.0mm Allen wrench
- 2.5mm Allen wrench
- 4.0mm Allen wrench
- M7 spanner
Steps to Follow
Step 1: Remove the front door, the honeycomb table, and the blades
To reduce the weight and make it easier to move. Take a picture of the wiring before you remove it.
| ① Use a Phillips screwdriver and a 2.0mm Allen wrench to remove the five screws in the red box. | ![]() |
| ② Disconnect the terminal block connected to the magnetic reed switch door sensor. Cut the ties securing the wires using scissors. | ![]() |
| ③ Use Phillips screwdriver to remove the four screws on the front upper door cover. | ![]() |
| ④ Use an M7 spanner to remove the yellow GND wire. Then disconnect the two LED strip wires. Finally use scissors to cut the ties securing the wires. | ![]() |
| ⑤ Remove the honeycomb table and the blades. | ![]() |
Step 2: Remove the Indicator light
Take a picture of the wiring before you remove it.
| ① Use a Flathead screwdriver to remove the four wires shown in the picture below, and remove the wires from the gray fixing block. | ![]() |
| ② Use a 2.5mm Allen wrench to remove the four screws on the Indicator light. | ![]() |
Step 3: Fix the top lid
Use Tape or Zip ties to secure the lid.

Step 4: Unscrew all the screws that hold the center section of the machine to the Base
First, remove the three LED light terminals at the bottom of the machine. The terminals are located at the bottom of the machine base.

Then use a 4.0mm Allen wrench to remove all the fixing screws on the machine.

Step 5: Move the machine's upper part with a dolly rated for the weight

Step 6: Reassemble
After moving all the parts to your room, please reconnect the terminal blocks, and then reconnect the machine to the fixed base using the screws that were removed.
