The Terms and Conditions form part of an agreement between you, and ourselves and sets out the conditions under which you may access the site to use our services and advertisements (the “Material”) available through the site. By accessing or viewing the material on the site you have indicated to us that you both understand and agree to be bound by its Terms and Conditions. In these Terms and Conditions, when we say site, we mean our digital content platform, regardless of how you access it. These terms and conditions (“the Terms”) govern your use of the Thunder Laser USA website “site” regardless of how you access it. Your attention is particularly drawn to the disclaimers in paragraphs 15 – 18. Your use of the site is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

If you do use the site, your conduct indicates that you agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any such amendments will be applicable to all persons accessing the site once the revisions have been posted onto the site. You should therefore check the website from time to time to review the current Terms and Conditions. Although we do check new member profiles for any content we deem unsuitable, we cannot verify the identity of members or the accuracy of member content, nor can we guarantee that we will identify all inappropriate member content. Please do not take any member content and information as wholly accurate, we will not be responsible for false and misleading statements given by other members. Registration

When seeking access to parts of the site, such access to interact with other Members you will be asked to register and/or subscribe. Our current method of registration and verification includes Oauth logins using API calls from common social and internet platforms like Google and Facebook.You must supply certain details if requested, such as your email address and a password. Thunder Laser USA has no political or religious affiliation and does not endorse any political candidate, political party, or religious group. Thunder Laser USA does not control or guarantee the accuracy, relevance, timeliness or completeness of information contained on a linked website. Thunder Laser USA does not necessarily endorse organizations linking to a Thunder Laser USA website, or the views, products, or services they offer. Thunder Laser USA is not responsible for transmissions users receive from linked websites. Thunder Laser USA does not support or endorse any website that advocates hate, bias or discrimination.

Warranty Conditions

The following conditions apply to the Limited Warranty provided by Thunder Laser USA:

Original Purchaser

This warranty applies exclusively to products sold by Thunder Laser USA to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise approved by Thunder Laser USA.

After-Market Modifications

Any aftermarket additions or modifications to the laser machine are not covered by this warranty. This includes, but is not limited to the use of non OEM parts like power supplies, tubes, etc. The owner is responsible for service and repairs outside the scope of this warranty.

Normal Use Coverage

This warranty covers only normal use of the laser machine. Thunder Laser USA is not liable for damage or defects resulting from:

Irresponsible use, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper return shipping, or improper installation.
External factors, such as fire, flood, lightning, freezing, hurricanes, tornados, or improper electric current.
Unauthorized service or alterations performed by anyone other than an authorized Thunder Laser USA representative.

Examples of irresponsible use include, but are not limited to:

Failing to use clean water in the chiller or water pump.
Neglecting to clean optical mirrors and lenses.
Failing to lubricate guide rails with proper lubricant.
Not cleaning or removing debris from the collection tray.
Storing the machine in an unsuitable environment.

Data Responsibility

Thunder Laser USA and its Authorized Service Centers are not responsible for any software programs, data, or information stored on products returned for repair.

Third-Party Software

This warranty does not cover third-party software or issues related to viruses unless the software was purchased from Thunder Laser USA.

Data and Time Loss

Thunder Laser USA is not responsible for data loss or downtime caused by hardware or software failures, shipping damages, or shipping delays. Customers are advised to back up their data regularly.

Free Lifetime Tech Support

Thunder Laser USA offers free lifetime tech support to the original purchaser. A support transfer fee will apply to resales of the machine. If Thunder Laser USA deems that extreme modifications have been made to the machine, making it outside of our normal offerings, it reserves the right to not support said machine.

Thunder Laser USA is committed to providing fast, accurate, and well-documented technical support to our customers. To ensure efficiency, consistency, and proper documentation, our default and primary method of support is our email-based ticketing system.

Standard Support Process (Ticket-First)

Step 1: Submit a Support Ticket

All technical support begins with submitting a support ticket.

Step 2: Digital Troubleshooting

Our technical team will review your issue and provide guidance using:

Written instructions
Photos and diagrams
Support articles
Video walkthroughs

This method allows us to clearly communicate complex troubleshooting steps and maintain proper documentation.

Step 3: Remote Session (If Required)

If the issue cannot be resolved through digital troubleshooting, Thunder Laser USA may schedule a 30-minute remote support session. This may include screen sharing and/or a phone call at the technician’s discretion.

Requests for free phone calls outside of this process may be declined.

This option is available whether or not a ticket has already been submitted, although providing a ticket reference is strongly recommended.

Terms of Scheduled Live Phone Calls

All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or reschedules.
The time block you purchase is reserved exclusively for you.
Unused time cannot be banked or rolled over.
Calls are voice-only.
Sessions are not automatically recorded or transcribed by Thunder Laser USA.
Call documentation will be limited to confirmation that the session occurred unless a follow-up ticket is created.
Thunder Laser USA does not grant permission for recordings without prior written consent. Any approved recordings may not be distributed publicly.
Vulgar, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Thunder Laser USA reserves the right to terminate a session early if necessary.

Our Commitment

Your success is our priority. Our structured ticket-first system ensures the most accurate and documented support experience possible. For customers who desire live conversation, our Premium Phone Support option provides additional flexibility.

Following our support process will always lead to the fastest and most effective resolution.

Support Conduct Policy

While Thunder Laser USA is proud to offer free lifetime technical support, respectful and constructive communication is required at all times. Thunder Laser USA reserves the right to suspend or terminate support services if a customer engages in behavior deemed abusive, threatening, hostile, or otherwise inappropriate toward our employees or support system.

Suspension: Customers who violate this policy may have their access to support services temporarily suspended. During a suspension period, customers will still have access to the Thunder Laser USA Knowledge Base and Training Academy.
Termination: Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent termination of support services, including blocking of customer communication channels (email, phone, etc.).
Discretion: Determinations of misconduct, suspension, or termination are at the sole discretion of Thunder Laser USA.

This policy ensures that we can continue providing a safe, respectful, and effective support environment for both our customers and our team members.

Defamation and False Statements

Thunder Laser USA values open and honest feedback. However, the publication of knowingly false, misleading, or defamatory statements about Thunder Laser USA, its products, or its employees on online platforms, review sites, or social media is strictly prohibited.

Customers found engaging in such behavior may have their support services suspended or permanently terminated.
Thunder Laser USA reserves the right to pursue further legal action in cases where false or defamatory statements cause material harm to the company, its reputation, or its employees.

We welcome constructive criticism and genuine reviews, but we will not tolerate malicious or false claims intended to damage our company or community.

Shipping Costs For Warranty Replacement Items

Ground shipping costs for warranty replacement items are covered by Thunder Laser USA.
Clients may opt for expedited shipping at their expense.
International shipping costs and customs fees are the client’s responsibility.

Extended Warranty

Thunder Laser USA reserves the right to deny the purchase of any extended warranty or maintenance contract at its discretion.

Return policy For Non-Defective Laser machines

A non-defective laser machine may be returned within seven (7) days of receipt for a refund, subject to the following terms:

The original shipping cost and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Installation and training costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for equipment that has been opened, used, or tampered with in a way that compromises its resale value.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to the final purchase price.
Leased equipment is non-refundable but may be eligible for exchange under leasing terms.
Clients must obtain prior approval from the Customer Service Department before shipping returns. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Cancellations:

Orders placed through quotes and online that are canceled prior to shipping are subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
The 15% restocking fee will not apply if the machine has not yet shipped.
If the given LightBurn key is activated by the customer prior to the order cancellation, a $200 fee will apply.

Return policy For Non-Defective Accessories

A non-defective accessory may be returned within 30 days of receipt, subject to these terms:

All refunds are subject to a 3% fee that covers payment processing fees associated with the original purchase.
The original shipping cost and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for accessories that have been opened, used, or tampered with in a way that compromises their resale value.
Leased accessories are non-refundable but may be exchanged under leasing terms.
Clients must obtain prior approval from the Customer Service Department before shipping returns. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Post-Warranty Support And Repairs

After the warranty period, Thunder Laser USA continues to provide free lifetime tech support via email to the original purchaser. However:

Replacement parts and shipping costs are the client’s responsibility.
Thunder Laser USA will provide a detailed quote for any necessary parts or repairs.
