MISSING DLL File when trying to install or Run EzCad2 EzCad3 EzCad

If you get an error message about a missing DLL or multiple missing DLL files, try this:

1. Install Microsoft Visual Studio C++ 2015 for your computer (x86 or X64):
   https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145
2. Reboot your PC after the install.
3. Attempt to run EzCad again.
