Thunder Laser USA

Thunder Laser USA understands that some lead times are extended, so we do look at delivery date, service history, etc... and will make sure that you get your full warranty periods.

How To Find Your Warranty Start Date

A good way to get really close to your warranty start date is to look at the manufacture date on the machine tag (back of the machine near the main power connection). That date is close to the time it left the factory.

Here is more on where to find info like that: Finding Information About Your Equipment

Warranty Balance Transfer

There is a required transfer fee ($100 USD) for the remaining warranty

While Thunder Laser Global does not provide for warranty transfers, Thunder Laser USA clients have the ability to transfer any remaining warranty as the 1st ORIGINAL owner to the SECOND owner with the form that is linked down below.

The LightBurn key can transfer as well but that is beyond the span of Thunder Laser USA's control. LightBurn Support can assist there.

Any 1 hr. trainings that were sold or included to the original owner are non-transferable.

Technical Support Transfer

There is a required transfer fee ($400 USD) for Tech Support that includes a 1 hour training (You can choose to not use the training but the fee must still be paid)

The LightBurn key can transfer as well but that is beyond the span of Thunder Laser USA's control. LightBurn Support can assist there.

Any 1 hr. trainings that were sold or included to the original owner are non-transferable.

Keep in mind that if you are notified of the need to transfer support for your machine but ignore the request and continue to request support, that could be considered theft of services. While we will try to help and be as kind as possible, we really do need you to complete the transfer process.

Warranty and Support Transfer Form

The machine ownership form is intended to be completed by the new owner of the Thunder Laser USA machine. You will need to collect some technical data about the machine as well as the contact information of the previous owner that the machine will transfer to. Each machine that is purchased used should be transferred, even if the same series of machine.

You can fill out the machine ownership transfer form by clicking this link here.
