How to Test the RF Tube and Fan Board

Quick answer: Use a multimeter and a short jumper wire to verify the control signal is passing from the controller through the fan board to the RF tube. The jumper test begins at the 2:20 mark in the video below.

Applies to: All Thunder Laser machines with an RF tube and fan board.  You'll need: A multimeter; a small piece of thin wire (4–6") stripped at both ends.

⚠ To run a dummy file and meter the controller signal wire, you must bypass the door interlock sensors. Do this with caution and follow all applicable safety procedures.
