Testing on ODIN for Banding Issue - Acrylic

After conducting rectangle tests and identifying several parameter combinations that yield better results, applying bidirectional fill engraving as an example still shows slight stripes.

Conducted extensive bidirectional engraving tests across various positions on the platform to comprehensively evaluate the processing effect. The objective was to determine whether the vertical stripes are specific to certain platform locations or if they occur regardless of position.
The upper and lower horizontal stripes correspond to the top and bottom of the platform, respectively. The left and right vertical stripes correspond to the leftmost and rightmost sides of the platform. The two left rectangles have slightly different DPI settings. The two middle rectangles were processed at the platform's center, sharing the same X-axis coordinate but with a slight Y-axis discrepancy.
The upper rectangle was engraved starting from the bottom-left corner, while the lower rectangle started from the top-right corner. The consistent pattern of stripes both above and below indicates that the appearance of stripes is unrelated to the direction of engraving initiation. Instead, it seems to be connected to the X-axis movement and has little correlation with Y-axis movement.
The presence of stripes throughout the entire board suggests that the issue is not localized to a particular platform position and is not limited to a specific section along the X-axis.

Create a 4cm x 10cm grayscale image (not pure black), choose the ordered dot matrix for engraving, and attempt to mimic the dot matrix engraving of EPILOG and GCC.
The results reveal that noticeable vertical stripes are still apparent.
