Covered in writing.
Choose your machine to get its 2026 warranty certificate.
A warranty is only as good as the team behind it.
Plenty of companies print "two years" on a box. What matters is what happens when something actually breaks.
Parts and shipping on us.
Covered parts ship free with standard shipping during your warranty.
Stocked in Quitman, Texas.
The parts that keep a machine running are on our shelves, not on a boat.

Typical response times are under 10 minutes during business hours, from our US-based support team, coast to coast.

Email tech support is included for the life of the machine for the original owner, plus our Knowledge Base of how-to articles and videos.

- The replacement part, at no charge
- Standard shipping on that part, at no charge

More coverage. Or a used machine.
Extend your coverage.
Add up to two more years on the main machine and key components like the air pump and exhaust fan.
Main machine coverage on Bolt, Nova Plus and Titan shown. Laser tube terms stay the same. After purchase, register within 4 weeks of receiving your machine.
Ask about ThunderCareTransfer the coverage.
Any remaining warranty can move from the original owner to you, and so can tech support.
Every used machine needs its own transfer, even if you already own one of the same series.

Is the laser tube covered?
Yes, on its own terms. Coherent and Iradion RF tubes are covered for 24 months and SPT RF tubes for 12 months. Your certificate lists the exact tube in your machine. On the Aurora, the laser source is covered for 18 months.
Where do I find my serial number?
On the tag on the back of your machine, near the main power connection. The same tag shows the manufacture date. Include a photo of it with any warranty claim.
What happens after my warranty ends?
Our support team still helps you. Email tech support is included for the life of the machine for the original owner, and our Knowledge Base has articles and videos for most fixes. Replacement parts are available at a fair price, and most are stocked in Quitman, Texas.
Can I use third-party parts?
While your machine is under warranty, use the OEM parts we specify unless our support team tells you otherwise. Once you're out of warranty, it's your call, though OEM parts keep your machine running the way it was built to.
Why are lenses and mirrors only 30 days?
Lenses and mirrors are wear items. Smoke, resin and debris shorten their life, so how long they last depends on how they're cleaned and cared for. The 30 days covers a part that arrives defective.
Questions before you buy?
We'll walk through the warranty on the machine you're looking at, and tell you honestly whether ThunderCare makes sense for how you'll use it.
