How to Cut a Cardboard Box on a Thunder Laser

Katie from Addicted to DIY details the process of cutting cardboard boxes using a Thunder Laser Machine. She walks through the steps needed to create a template on a free website, adjust the laser settings, and frame the project.

Once the box is cut, Katie shows how to assemble it using scrap wood to bend the creases and glue together the pieces before attaching it to a card stock map.

Finally, Katie explains a much more affordable way for her to ship products to customers without purchasing a bunch of different-sized boxes.
