How to Laser Engrave an Acrylic Night Light- Easy Money With a Thunder Laser

In this video, YouTuber Things Katie Makes provides a step-by-step guide on how to laser engrave acrylic night lights. She walks you through using digital calipers and a lint-free cloth to measure the depth of the acrylic slot and creating a box with Lightburn that is the correct size for the engraving.

She also suggests two ways to create a design that will shine brightly: an intricate design with a lot of engraving or some thicker banded lines that can catch the light.

Katie then demonstrates how to create an engraving portion, duplicate it, create a cut portion, and position it on the acrylic to ensure the LEDs light up.
