Preface: There appears to be a glitch in the Bolt Firmware that creates a pop-up alarm. This article will discuss the steps to bypass the alarm.
- Turn off the machine with the key switch.
- Press the emergency stop button.
- Turn on the machine with the key switch.
- On power up, there will be an alarm about releasing the emergency stop button. At that time, release the emergency stop button.
- Let the machine home and begin use.
Note that the next power up, the PWM alarm will come back. Please repeat the procedure.
