30-Day Delivery Guarantee

Exclusions and Limitations

  • If the delivery company has to reschedule because of the customer, the guarantee does not apply.

  • Natural disasters void the guarantee.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada customers do not qualify for this guarantee.

  • Max payout for this guarantee is $1,000.

  • If a holiday falls during the 30-day window, for each holiday there will be an extra day added to the 30-day guarantee.

  • If the customer requests a delivery date that is outside of the 30-day window, the guarantee does not apply.

  • If the customer is required to pick-up the machine from the warehouse, the guarantee does not apply.

  • If the machine is damaged, lost, or misdelivered during transit and a new machine is shipped, the 30-day window restarts when the new machine has been shipped.

  • If the customer changes the shipping address while the machine is in transit, the guarantee does not apply.

  • The 30-day window starts the next business day after the order is placed, payment is made, and delivery info is double confirmed.
